Operating the Optical Power Meter

Relative Power

Entering a Specific Reference Value

To enter a specfic reference value:

1. Use

to select the wavelength.

2. Select the measurement unit using dBm/Watt.

3. Press Setup.

4. Scroll (left/right arrows) to REF.VALUE.

5. Press ENTER. The first segment of the current reference value will start

flashing.

6. Enter a new reference value. Use the up/down arrows to change the

flashing segment and left/right arrows to activate the next segment.

7. Press ENTER.

Note: Any value outside the Optical Power Meter measurement range will be

rejected. The unit will beep and you will be prompted to enter a new value.

8. To exit the Setup menu, press Setup.
