Running Final/Active Pair Test and Viewing Results
Result 1
The Result 1 tab allows you to view the
results of the measured values and
pass/fail status for the Final/Active Pair
tests.
Result 2
The Result 2 tab displays more results
from the Final/Active Pair tests.
³ Met. Insulation displays the
metallic insulation values for the
circuit, ranging from 0 to
999 MOhm.
³ Opens Meter measures the
capacitance of the loop in nF, for
each lead combination.
³ Opens Length displays the corresponding capacitance in either meter
or feet, depending on the unit selection in Regional Settings. If the
corresponding capacitance is < 0.2 nF or > 10 μF, N/A is displayed.
³ Opens Variance is the percentage difference between the capacitance
on T-G and R-G.
³ Load Coil displays In Progress while running and the number of load
coils detected when the test is completed. If the number is 1 or 2,
Probable Filter Detected is displayed. Splitter Detected is displayed if
present.
Press the Details button to switch to the Load Coil tab.
