Delay: Allows the selection of the delay level. Choices are Normal and
Low. The default setting is Normal.
Reliability: Allows the selection of the reliability level. Choices are
Normal and High. The default setting is Normal.
Reserved Bit: Allows the selection of the reserved bit value. Choices
are 0 and 1. The default setting is 0.
